The Christie administration today submitted its final plan to the federal government for how the state intends to spend nearly $1.83 billion to help victims of Hurricane Sandy.
The plan, which Gov. Chris Christie first outlined earlier this month, details how the state will spend the first round of Community Development Block Grant funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The public comment period on the draft proposal ended March 19.
